Description
A specialty solvent-based ink formulation designed for use
in large character DOD ink jet printing equipment. Specifically
formulated to penetrate PVC pipe, migrate into the substrate
and provide a permanent mark. Major Performance Characteristics

Ink Composition
Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK)-Base Drying Time
3 – 7 second dry time under normal circumstances. Dry
times can vary depending on the temperature of the substrate,
humidity, size of printed dot, air pressure and more. Applications
Typical applications include large character coding onto PVC
pipe applications only. Used in conjunction with PrintStar
ink jet printing system. Colors
Black (PVC70), Red (PVC71), Blue (PVC72) and Green (PVC73)
are standard. Custom colors are available upon request. Clearing Solution
KP43 alcohol-based cleaner Container Size
Available in a ½ gallon Leader bottle. Ink Storage
12 months from date of manufacture when stored where the temperature
remains within a range of +32ºF to +100ºF (+1ºC
to +38ºC). Prolonged exposure to temperature outside
