The EAGLE Series II offers users more versatility for printing high quality marks on a variety of products at a cost-effective price.

The EAGLE Series II is an ideal printing system for companies looking for a high quality and fair priced hi-resolution print system for printing bar codes, logos, and other high quality alphanumeric's on corrugated cases. The EAGLE Series II is available as either an oil-based system for printing on porous surfaces like corrugated cases, or as a solvent-based system for printing on non-porous products like plastics, PET bottles, PVC pipe, metals, coated corrugate or more.

Using industry proven shared-wall piezo technology, EAGLE Series II offers better print quality than competitive hi-resolution printing systems using Trident? printheads. With up to 256 addressable jets per printhead, EAGLE Series II boasts 180 dpi print resolution. The result is a system that produces up to 1.4”, per printhead, of scannable bar codes, razor-sharp text and the cleanest logos and graphics of any industrial ink-jet printing system on the market. Whether you are printing SCC-14 bar codes for shipping containers, or batch numbers for product identification, the EAGLE Series II has the functionality to get the job done right.

EAGLE Series II users have the option of running up to four separate printheads from one controller. Each printhead will print up to 1.4”, offering up to 5.6” of total print height. Whether users need separate printheads to print messages on two sides of a box, or a single printhead to print on one side of a product, the EAGLE Series II provides a flexible solution.

EAGLE Series II is designed to work as an integral part of users’ day-to-day packaging operation. Fully functional ImageMaster® PC software provides users with complete control of their printing system, including ethernet connectivity, WYSIWYG message design, message storage and message retrieval. An optional industrial strength handheld terminal is available for users who want message control directly at their printer location.

Unlike competitive hi-resolution printing systems using the Trident® print engine, EAGLE Series II’s printhead technology is not susceptible to vibration and will not lose its prime. In addition, EAGLE Series II’s compact printheads do not require a lot of space in crowded package printing environments. EAGLE Series II’s rugged design will withstand the most abusive industrial environments.
