Throughout the manufacturing process, Leader hi-res fluids pass through a number of filters to remove any sediment or impurities in the ink. Overall, our hi-res ink is filtered four times with the final filter to .2 microns absolute.

Each batch is coded, then lab tested for viscosity and surface tension to ensure that customers receive their order to exact specifications. As an extra measure of quality assurance, ink retains from every batch are catalogued and stored for future testing.
